HBF Standard Unveiled: NAND Flash Moves Closer to HBM in AI Servers
The first High Bandwidth Flash standard published by Sandisk and SK hynix targets capacities of up to 512 GB and transfer speeds of up to 3 TB per second in a single package. Rather than directly replacing HBM, however, HBF is intended to bridge the gap between memory and SSD storage in AI systems.
